Emails from Bibek Basu are always very interesting ... and the description that he gave about the first day in office, reflects the same situation faced by us here in Tejas ...we filled in hundreds of forms on that day ... anyway, I now feel that I have finished 'n' days in office and am not feeling even a bit bored. There are new vistas to explore and so much to learn in this field. However, people do not exactly conform with this view of mine. This may be because everyone has his/her own way of working/thinking.
Apart from that, it has been a very uneventful day. I found that what I had done on Saturday was all wrong, but there was something to be learnt in that too. I got the latest Harry Potter novel by email, so much for the hype about anti-piracy and the strict pre-publishing guidelines issued by the book companies. Anyway, I think I will take a print out of the book ... got to think of a way, it has 800 odd pages ... hehehe
Thats it for today ... tomorrow is another new day ... lets see what it holds....

Inspiration for this activity is after reading the blog by Nilakantan ... my classmate from my school days ...I find this a good medium for storing my thoughts on a regular basis ... lets see what happens in the next few days ... as I try to find my feet in the world of optical networking.
